Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. My daughter normally wears a size 8-10. I cannot locate a sizing chart for these tights to know if she would wear the Child S/M or M/L. Please advise so that I can place the order and THANK YOU!
