i ordered a medium but it actually turns out that i need a small, anyway to exchange it to go down a size?

You are welcome to make a return within 30 days as long as the item is in new condition. This excludes any sale items, and all tights or undergarments that have been opened. We no longer process exchanges through the mail. You will need to return the item for a refund, and place a new order online or over the phone. Please be sure to fill out the return slip on the back of your invoice to let us know what you are returning. If you do not have the original invoice please print off your email confirmation and simply write the information on there. You can also use a blank piece of paper and write the order number, your contact information, and what you are returning. When returning, please send the package to 180 Welles St. Forty Fort, PA 18704. All returns are customer paid, but we now offer a prepaid label on our website. If you use our label $5.95 will be deducted from your refund. You will need to log into your account on our website to print off the return label. Once logged in you can hover over "My Account" at the top of the page and then click on "Order Status". Once there you click on the red or pink button that says "order details", and once you redirected you will then click on "Return" where the arrow is located. Then you will click on the red link that says "click here" to print the label.
