We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. I bought this for my granddaugher for Christmas. She loved the color and was supper excited it use it. After 6 weeks (6 classes) of her using it, one of the backpack plastic adjusters in the back broke when she bent over. She was upset with it breaking.

Good size, this backpack is not too big or small. But I ordered the purple bag thinking that it would be a bright color like it is pictured, however this came in today and I am extremely disappointed. It is a very dull color. I will be returning this because I wanted a brighter color.
