Cerise velvet tank dress features light pink and blue mesh flower side panels with turquoise sequin centers and silver rhinestone stud trim, a short petal skirt, and an attached brief. Includes a separate tutu featuring layers of stiff peacock tricot, a pair of light pink and blue mesh arm poufs, and a mesh hair piece.
