I am 5'4", 92 pounds, and have 6.5 size feet. I ordered a small in these tights, as the multiple openings intrigued me, and was very excited to wear these to start the dance year. They are unwearable. The feet would likely fit my dad, who has (in women's) size 12 feet. Dancers usually have small feet; why would a company make the bottom of these so large? I attempted shrinking just the feet with a hairdryer - no luck. The proportions are terrible and I wouldn't suggest buying these if you have small feet. They will bunch up inside your shoes and around your ankles, which isn't what you look for in a good pair of tights. Disappointed!
These tights are amazing. I bought it because I needed new tights and they were great. The mesh material they're made of is extremely durable and not the most comfortable. I think I would take durability over comfort. There was one run after about four weeks when i walked in the door from ballet and my lab jumped on me. A little nail polish cleaned it right up and haven't had one issue since. I don't find the foot area to be much of an issue for me.
These tights are great! I love the fact that I can feel the floor when I am up en pointe! I wish the foot part fit a little better. Having my shoe not slip off is wonderful! The only thing that bothered me was that the first time I put them on, they were a little baggy and not tight to my skin. They also weren't as durable as I thought. My finger cut a huge hole in the back the first time I wore them. A little nail polish has made them good as new though. Great tights!!! Would recommend you getting a size smaller than your normal size. Would recommend!
I love these tights! I hate wearing toe pads under my tights for pointe, and convertible tights in general just bother me, so these are great. I can really feel the floor, and my pointe shoes never slip off my heel anymore. They do run large though. I always wear a small but these are slightly baggy in the foot area. I wish they came in XS!
The toe part doesn't fit too well. Should I get a size smaller than what I normally get? Other than

I don't know what your complete issue is; if it's with the band around the toes, a smaller size might make that tighter. If your problem is with the length of the foot, a smaller size may or may not help, as the length on the smallest size is still very large. - Thephantomizzy (09/20/2014)
