Durham,CTThese doesn't get the best reviews, but my daughter loves them. They fit well and are comfortable. They last for a long time, and they don't wear thin. They just eventually rip, so it helps to have an extra pair on you.

09/21/2014i got these last year and are holding up great for me, but my friend got them and they ripped for her, so she got a new pair and they have lasted.
by the way, we both use the ToeSavers Mini Pointe Shoe Pads with them and some baby powder.

07/02/2014These were some of the first toe pads I used, and after a few years I still have the same pair. Unlike other gel toe pads, these haven't ripped or fallen apart at all. My only problem with them is that they make my pointe shoes fit a little bit tighter. I wish they were thicker at the tip and thinner everywhere else, but I still love the product.

03/10/2014I got these with my first pair of pointe shoes. They felt really good when i first got them, but in three or four classes they ripped in half. I would not recommend them when needing a toe pad that will last....

11/09/2013I had these and I switched after a month of classes. They are way to bulky and they push my toes under one another. I put them under my tights and I got so many blister because of the material. if you wear them outside of your tights, they are very difficult to get in the shoe. As an overall experience I will never go back to these cushions and I don't recommend them.

10/16/2013Daughter just got pointe shoes and needed toe pads. Teacher suggested these and she put them on right away and loved them! Cannot accurately grade durability b/c they are only 5 hours old!

02/01/2013I heard great things about these before I bought them...Then they ripped when I did a pirouette combination the 2nd time I wore them. I was quite angry that they did not last. However, only one of them ripped, the other one I am still using. Still quality control needs to be better so they do not tear so easily.

12/26/2012I'm the type of dancer where I use silicone toe pads when I wear my Grishko pointe shoes because the box is so hard and hurts. I bought these for my ballet class which is 3 hours. as soon as I rose to pointe I felt pain, more pain than in lambs wool toe pillows. Then when I was doing chaine turns I felt them tear in my shoe. I don't recommend these I prefer Pointe Comfort Ultra Lite

09/18/2012I have the pink one,
These are thinner than Eurotard's Ultralite Pointe Comfort and you definitely can feel the floor better.
They are less stretchy and less plush, however they do provide a very pain-free feel (mind I've been dancing en pointe for more than 8 years). I think both beginners and advanced dancers can use this. but perhaps not for first dancers who are very sensitive to pain.
This also does not use up as much room in the box, however I still feel that the size of the pad is slightly narrow. I have wide squared toes, so if you have narrow feet this may actually be wider for you.
For me, they are not as sweaty nor do they rip so easily as other dancers have noted, however I'm sure everyone is different.
I do use baby powder and I have not felt any slip, I do wear them under my convertible tights.

08/02/2012I ordered these and received the pink ones, they are reasonably comfortable but definitely not durable. These lasted me about two weeks when i wore them 2 to 3 times a week for about two hours each time through class. You have to be careful putting them on so you don't rip them. My friend (who is a lil rough on her things) also had them but she strecthed it out a bit to get it snugly on her foot and ripped it almost in half. I will not be buying these again

06/30/2012I bought these toe pads because they were made of gel and cheaper. I thought they would be comfortable toe pads and very durable. However, by the third time I put these toe pads on, I already had a hole in the top. That hole only continued to tear and grow until I could no longer use them. These toe pads are not durable at all and did not last long enough, I would not recommend this product. It is definitely cheap for a reason.
Note: I had it in pink

06/11/2012Unfortunately, both toe pads ripped entirely in half within the first 30 mins. worn in class.

06/03/2012I bought these because he edge of my box cuts into my foot, and I was hoping that these would fix that. I started points this wear so we are only on points a few hours a week. These are way too thick and ripped a week after I got them.

04/06/2012when I first got them I wasn't quite sure how I liked them, and it took me a couple classes to get used to them. But after that I loved them sooooooo much, they are not too thick like most gel pads, and they let my toes go through class pain free.

04/06/2012I ordered these on the recommendation of a classmate (honestly, I'm still not sure if I ordered what she had or if I got something else by mistake) as being more soft and comfortable than what I bought here in town. I tried them out a couple of times and compared them in the same practice session to my other pads (for comparison, they are similar to the "Pillows for Pointe" pads with the knit fabric lining). These pads cushioned the toes from the floor adequately, while still allowing you to feel the floor. However, my toes felt much more crowded in these pads, as if now the shoes were too small. In addition, even though I put plenty of baby powder on them, I could still feel the rubbery material rubbing on my toes. Overall, I found they did not work for me. I realize that toe pads aren't supposed to make dancing on pointe a painless experience, but these hurt just having them on my feet in the shoes. They would probably work if you were fitted to your toeshoes with these pads in mind from the start.

04/06/2012I was looking for a toe pad that was thinner (I usually use ouch pouches). This toe pad was NOT thinner by any means. In the opinion these toe pads were to thick for my liking. They were not very comfortable to me.

12/22/2011I usually get the Comfort Toe pads but Eurotard. But I only liked the extreme comfort they gave my toes. I couldnt feel the floor at all and after an hour 1/2 pointe class my toes would be so numb I couldnt stand it. Other pads like ouch pouch and lambs wool, I felt like Id be better off not wearing any pads so I finally bought these and their perfect! I have comfort but can still feel the floor. Makes me wonder in the 12 years on pointe why I didnt try these a long time ago! But like all toe pads they dont last long. I'll be surprised if they last me 3 months but their so cheap I dont care. Love these!!!!!

11/20/2011I use to use ouch pouches for a while, but found I was using lambswool everyday due to their thinness. Then I tried these. They made my feet blister and callus less. I did find that they slipped a lot but, the trick is to put a little bit of baby powder in a plastic zip bag and keep the pads in there. The other day, I found the that at the tip of the pads, where the two sides are glued together, the pads are tearing. This is not good since I am performing for a few weeks soon. So they are good, but are not long term. Be prepared to buy many of them.

Georgia,These were kinda awful. My feet would get all sweaty and slip around in them, and they especially didn't fit in my shoes that were already too narrow. These are probably better for people with really narrow feet, and people that don't sweat a lot.

03/30/2009If your first toe is the same length or longer than your big toe beware! After wearing these toe pads for about a month, I developed a stress fracture in my second metatarsal because of all the pressure these pads put on my first toe! Despite this problem, I still was not happy with this product. They are very bulky (you have no hope of feeling the floor in them) and your feet tend to slide around in them when you sweat. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

07/24/2008This is my 1st year on pointe, so I tried a medley of toe pads to see what ones I liked the most. I tried the wool with a gel tip and these, as well as some others that were similar. I found these pretty comfortable, and I have a size 9 foot, and judging the wideness of my foot of a scale of 1 to 10, I'm probably a 5. So if you wear a size 9 in street shoes, and don't have very wide feet, I would really suggest these for you. Eventually, you feel the floor better, and I've come right along thanks to these toe pads!

Chicago,When I went to the dance store to buy new toe pads I wanted to try these. In the picture they look great...but in real life they are tiny. I have kinda wide feet and they are about size 7.5-8 street shoe, and they were just too small that I could not even put my foot into them and have my toes all completely covered.
Overall...very unhappy.

California,I loved these toe pads right from the start. I have been on pointe for a very long time and I always got the result of blisters and blood, but not anymore! These are amazing toe pads and prevent blisters and sore feet. If you are new to pointe, they may not be the right thing to have just yet, so I would stick to something else, but once you are on pointe for at least 2 years, get these!

Flagstaff Az,I really didn't like these pads at all! They were kind of hard for gel pads and if your feet sweat at all, they become extremely slippery. I couldn't even pique with out sloshing around in my shoes. I would suggest Eurotard's gel pads or old fashioned lambs wool.

02/07/2007I tried these on during a pointe shoe fitting, and while I didn't have a whole lot of time to use them, my toes felt much worse with these compared to my Ouch Pouches, my current toe padding (and I love them). Save your toes and money, don't get these.

12/08/2006These may seem like a good idea to any dancer, especially a beginner, but they are really bad. IF you have just started pointe, these are not good at all, you can't feel the floor! Ouch pouches are a much better product and I recommend them for ALL DANCERS! They are also a lot bulkier than an Ouch Pouch and are too sticky for me. Don't buy these!

Texas,I would never buy these again! I won't because I got these and they slid off my foot way too much. Also, I can't feel my toes after 1 hour 45 min. of class.
I will never buy these again!

11/11/2006These are the worst toe pads I have ever tried. I normally use the gellows and decided to try these. After only half an hour I was unable to get on pointe because they were so sweaty. I do not recommend these at all!
