This long sleeve sheer pullover top by Body Wrappers is as versatile as it is cute! Top can be layered under a leotard or worn alone with jazz pants and booty shorts. Hand wash in cold water. Hang dry. Do not bleach.
I have the body wrapper in pink. The color isn't quite as bright as what's shown in the pictures, but it's less of an eyesore. I had to get this as part of a team warmup outfit, and while most of my team complained about its fit, I thought it was pretty fine. I know someone who said they had the blue body wrapper and that it turned yellow with sweat stains, but the pink didn't change color at all. However, I did get a tiny hole in the armpit area somehow, but it was barely noticeable.
I reviewed this when I first got it, and thought it was great. But it pitted out within just a few months, regardless of washing it exactly as directed and taking generally good care of it. Granted, it's not expensive and it does look cute, but so do other tops that will last you longer.
I really don't like this. I originally got this because I thought it would be a great idea to add more support under my leos. The first time I tried it on, it was very tight, so I thought it would stretch out, but it didn't, so I took it off. The first time I actually decided to wear it, one of the seams popped and started ripping out while I was putting it on! I nail polished it, and now it's fine, but I think it's too much of a hassle being REALLY SUPER careful putting it on and taking it off. I think if you had a small frame, or were small, this would be VERY nice, but for me it just didn't work. I'm not big either! I'm tall and thin, but it just didn't work. The arms were also EXTREMELY uncomfortable (for me). I couldn't keep my arms down at my sides unless I made them! I think it was just too small. It also made my arms feel num -- not good! I think that this would be nice for some people, but for me, it just didn't work!
I just bought this top and I love it already. It feels super snug at first, but stretches out to fit perfectly and move with you. Great as a cover up on those leos that tend to shift in the wrong directions (you know what I mean ). Also makes a great base layer for your street clothes on those cold days. And the Theatrical Pink is a good shade for pale skin; very flattering.
