    The longest layer of net measures 14" for both sizes. Top layers are shorter the bottom layers.

    is the skirt a pull on? is the panty the same color as the tulle?

    I bought this tutu and love it. It looks even better if you use a tutu tacker to tack some of the layers down. Great length...not like a preschool style tutu at all. It is a pull on and does not have a panty. Great wide stretchy elastic band. - Enpointeballet (01/16/2013)
