This padding is not very thick. It is more of a lining in the cups. The product does not have push up cups in it.

Does it help prevent movement when jumping, etc? Is it good for larger bust sizes, or is it better for smaller ones? If it's not good for larget bust sizes, which bra on this site is?

This bra does not offer superior support for larger busts. If you are looking for a more supportive undergarment I would try style #3683, the double layer bra.

after wearing it one time the clear strap in the back broke, i need to get a new one asap

We do not offer just the back strap for this item. You would need to repurcahse the item.

I have only found clear replacement back straps at a dance store about an hour from home--so I stocked up. Our back strap has never broken, but it seems to slip off easily and go missing when changing out of costumes and returning to the suitcase.Unfortunately, I cannot find clear backstraps to fit the hooks on any online site. - Busybusy (10/21/2013)
