New and improved!

A flattened crown compliments the natural shape of the foot while the satin binding creates a seamless transition from shoe to tight that enhances the leg line and the shorter sole is less visible en pointe. New pleating has "quiet toe" construction and the feathered toe box allows the dancer to relev with ease. A graduated shank and sole, soft cotton lining and a pre-molded shank offer greater comfort. Other features include a slightly tapered toe box, medium vamp, low sides, round shaped throat, a wide and high platform, So Suede lining, elastic drawstring, and a #3 leather outer board shank 3/4 skived to zero. For ribbons we suggest Capezio 7/8" wide ribbon.

    Love Tiffany but I need a similar shoe for backup

    I am a Trainee with Richmond Ballet and I am currently completing the wardrobe form. I absolutely love my Capezio Tiffany's but I need a backup shoe to add to inventory. Can someone help me find a similar shoe???

    I've heard that Grishko 2007's resemble the Tiffany, but it does taper more, and has a smaller platform (takes time to get used to). - Dancer421198 (12/12/2013)

    I have tried many and the closest fit to these I found was the bloch balance euro. They do look much different on the foot, but the feel is similar. - Tegan (10/02/2014)

    Soft but stable

    What is a good pointe shoe with a soft shank, but you're still able to dance on pointe?

    Three soft shank pointe shoes (not demi pointe) are: the Grishko 2007, the Gaynor Minden GMP (in a pianissimo shank), or the #S0102L Bloch Amelie. We would recommend you first be professionally fit though before trying any new pointe shoe as an incorrect fit risks ankle and foot damage.
