Nikolay Grishko is the creator of the 1737 brand who was the original founder of Grishko. However, 1737 is a new brand which has no affiliation with the company Grishko USA. This is why you will see similarities in the products. Fitting and suggested sizing will be similar, if not the same. These look (and sound, based on the description) almost identical to Grishko's DreamPointe shoes. The other pointe shoes and the slippers all look very similar to some of Grishko's models, as well. I'm a Grishko fan, but I was just curious about these. Their website doesn't say much...
