Always my favorite! (:
Rating: 5
I ALWAYS buy these jazz shoes when I need a new pair. They're super great and comfy. Make sure to get a size that hugs your foot or else when you're in releve' the sole hovers over your foot. When you break em in they stretch too so don't mind the toe area! They last forever!!! :) Great buy always.

Great at first......until they get worn
Rating: 3
These are some of the greatest shoes when they are new, but when they get worn they can hurt your feet. When u sweat in them the inner lining begins to come up. In mine, I can take the inner lining out revealing a not so nice inside. Before they get worn these shoes are great!

This Is The One!

If you're frustrated with Capezio's new sizing, this is the Jazz shoe you want! Same as street size is just right, or one half size larger if you want a little more room. These are our new jazz shoes! Yay!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes! I would recommend these to ANYONE with any kind of foot. I use both the tan & the black. They last really long, and are a decent price. You can get the narrow sizing for narrow feet & wide for wider feet. At the studio I dance at, we are required to have these for competition and now I know why. If you're looking for a dependable jazz shoe, buy these! :)

Good for wide feeters!
Rating: 4
I have wide feet and always have troubles finding dance shoes that fit my width. This shoe's M/W size is the only one of the many I tried that actually fits! I still wish they have an even wider width version so my toes have more rooms, but I'm pretty satisfied with it already. Looks good on stage! Order same size as street shoe but if you plan to wear socks underneath you can afford half a size bigger.

Some cons: It is quite hard to see a good pointed foot and I find that the shoe cuts into my heel a lot. Overall it's still a good jazz shoe!

The shoe is absolutely amazing in itself, I recommend this to anyone who just wants a simple slip on shoe! I have no complaints whatsoever. It would have been a five, but another review on here said that the sizing runs small. So, I ordered them a half size bigger and they were, a half size bigger. I have to wear thick socks to be able to dance in them. Order your street size!

Nice for turning
Rating: 2
These made turning easier, but that was about it. They fit really weird, and they gave me blisters and after just a couple of classes, the sole started to wear off. I recomend the Bloch NeoFlex. Way better shoe and they're cheaper.

Amazing!

I've worn the Capezio version for years... until they changed/updated the model.
I bought this instead and I am extremely happy!
Bought this in a tan, same as street shoe size.

Sizing was way off
Rating: 2
I have to give two stars because the sizing was way off. My daughter wears 4 1/2 street shoe, and this pair that came in said 4 1/2 but it was about a 2!

Buy these, you won't regret it!
Rating: 4
These shoes are absolutely amazing. The only time I've had to get a new pair was for a new size because my feet grew in the long year I had them. They mold to your feet wonderfully, and if you have a wide foot like me, don't bother getting the "Wide Width". . . because believe me, once you have them on, it feels like you have soles just attached to your feet. Super comfy, and they look great too!
My only complaint is that this Jazz Bootie should come in many, many more colors. Other than that, they mold great, don't lose their traction, and break-in easily. Get your hands on them while you can!

These shoes ROCK!
Rating: 5
I've been wearing this style of shoe for a couple years now and they are AMAZING. I have wide feet and I can wear a medium width because they mold to your foot very nicely. The shoes come all the way up to where your leg meets your foot so it doesn't gap when you point and it fits like a sock. I haven't had any traction issues with them except when I had to spray them a different color and the spray covered the soles. 5 stars!

Wears out
Rating: 5
I really love these shoes! They are great for turning and they never came off. Even when I just bought them and they were a little too big. The only thing that I don't like is that you sweat a lot in it. It gets stinky over time, so you have to clean it. The sweat also makes the inside padding start to come off. But other than that, they were perfect. They last for about a year.

These shoes are great! Way better than regular lace up jazz shoes. But, they lose the traction and hardening on the heel in like 3 uses. But I love when jazz shos do that because it makes them flatter and softer. But hey, for me it's a 5 star rating, but if you don't like it too soft and wear out, don't buy them.

It's awsome

I'm in jazz classes. They work like a charm. I would pay $100 for 10 pairs of them.

I got these shoes after buying 4 other pairs from Discount Dance and these were absolutely my favorite! They are very comfortable and the sizing is the same as street shoes!!!

I have both colors, and they are amazing

These jazz shoes are amazing! I have been dancing for years, and nothing beats this. Bloch is an amazing company, so I wasn't amazed when they made these jazz shoes. If you were to buy any jazz shoes, BUY THESE. I am VERY picky with my dance wear, especially shoes. So if I say these are amazing, then trust me!!!

Very Nice
Rating: 5
I've been buying these shoes from my dance studio for five years. They work very well for me and feel nice on my feet. I don't remember really what other kinds are like, but these work very well, especially on our Marley floors.

These shoes are OK for a while....
Rating: 4
OK I bought these shoes from the store, and they fit really nice. For about a year, I wore them for both jazz and hip-hop, and now they have lost all "traction" (as people before me have said) and they are super slippery! It's dangerous for me to dance in, and believe me, I PILE on the rosin but that doesn't help. On top of that, these shoes retain foot sweat! I didn't even know my foot sweat that much, because all my other dancing shoes that I have had for longer, smell fine. I air these shoes out every time I am not using them too! I just don't get it, and they stick when I turn! These shoes were awesome for a while, but I need a new pair!

I love these. They are quite comfortable, and look much better on my feet than the old lace up jazz shoes. The leather is soft, however, it wears very quickly, and these shoes are NOT cheap. I decided to save these for rehearsals/performances, because they look much nicer than my old shoes/are more comfortable. But I am afraid that they will wear out too quickly. A nice shoe, but not as sturdy as it could be.

I think these Jazz shoes got me through my dance year! They are very comfortable and easy to turn in! A must for any Jazz dancer! From a dancer who has danced for 10 years, they are a must!

I love these shoes because they are great for turning. They feel great on your foot and are very comfortable. They are easy to wear in when you buy them. They always give me good luck at performances! I wish they came in a suntan color too.

They are good shoes but lose their tracton fast. But they are very comfy.

Great shoes!
Rating: 5
I just got these shoes today, and they are awesome! They don't feel weird when I pointe, because they don't have long soles, and they are really comfortable. But, I tried them on today, and danced with them on, and the soles are already losing traction. Other than that, these shoes are great!

Great!!

I've been buying these shoes and other products from Bloch for a long time. I love these jazz shoes because 1)they fit my feet really well and 2) they are really great for turning. My shoes have lasted for 3 years and are still alive. Even though I agree that these shoes are wonderful, I also agree that the traction on these shoes does rub off fast. Overall, these shoes are wonderful.

I love these shoes. While it is true that the friction on the shoe wears down and becomes slippery, it is perfect for marley flooring. These shoes last a long time. I have had mine for 4 years.

Da Bootie
Rating: 4
I've been buying these shoes for about 5 years. They are comfortable, good for turning and never fall off. But, the traction seems to rub off kind of fast which makes them slippery. Also it's really hard to see a good pointed foot in these shoes.
