The bottom tends to peel easily and is worn down(flatten) easily. So you won't have excellent grips by the time you wear them in.

I own this jazz bootie and I give it five stars because it is comfortable and it is easy to dance in. It also lasts more than one year so you don't have to buy new shoes every year.
