Awesome!
Rating: 5
I looove these pointe shoes. They formed really well to my feet, and when I first wore them to class everyone thought I had been wearing them for weeks. Very comfortable and lasted a long time. I definitely recommend these.

Not the Best
Rating: 3
These were the first pointe shoes I ever had, and they only lasted 3 weeks. The one thing that I did like about them was that they are very very supportive. I have very wide feet. And, they say that the platform is wide, but it seemed very narrow. Also, when standing flat, there was a huge gap on the outside of my foot. I only recommend these shoes to people with narrow feet.

Great Shoes
Rating: 5
I have these shoes and I have been pleased with them. When I break them in just right, they are very flattering and they look GORGEOUS on my friend, too. (Although they do not flatter my foot as much as my Bloch Axiom.) They are great for class and to work in, they are a sturdy, perfect shoe for class! I could recommend these for anyone- beginner-professional and with all kinds of feet! I have no problems with them at all. They are my stronghold shoes. Great Puntas!

At first I really liked these when I tried them in the store. But they were really hard to get over the box, they made my arch look horrible, my feet always looked sickled, and they squeaked like crazy! The only plus was that they were good for balance and easy to turn on. I would not recommend these to anyone!

This is my third pair of pointe shoes (first two were Signature Rehearsals). I like them, but they're very baggy at the back - even when I re-sewed my elastic, they kept slipping off my heel. The vamp is cut a little too high for me, but I have shortish toes. They're also not doing too much for my arch (I have a high arch). If you have anything in common with my feet (shorter toes, high arch, etc.), you may want to rethink these. I suggest going to get fitted for pointe shoes if it's your first time.

These are the best shoes in the world! I wear nothing else! Now that they have TMT they are the BEST! WEAR THEM!!!

Pretty nice
Rating: 4
The only reason I give these shoes 4 stars instead of 5 is because they died so fast. I had them for two days and on the third, I jet glued them. They are so nice! I am going to get the MKII version next time, and a harder shank. I only got the med. shank because I needed a pair of shoes so badly I got them in a store, and they only carried med. The box is nice, with a wide platform and although the box died in two days of dancing, if I jet glue the box before I wear them, they might last longer. I didn't kill them to start with either. I flattened out the box a little and bent the shank in a door, that's it. Ready to go! I really love them.

Love, love, love these pointe shoes. My favourite ones yet. Much better than my Gaynors even though I have to work harder in for a clear line. I don't mind the work, the shoes are wonderful.

I love these shoes!

These were my first pair and they really helped on my balance. I also have a very high arch and they complement them very well. I would recommend them to beginners mostly because I am one...

Great pointe shoes!

I just got these for my first pair of pointe shoes and while they are very supportive and feel good on my feet, they do look kind of bulky on your feet. They are a great pair of pointe shoes though!

What Happened?
Rating: 4
I wore these for my first pair, tried different shoes, and came back to these. I ordered the same size (4 1/2 D)as last time, but they seem much more narrow and tapered. And yes, I'm sure I ordered a D and not a C width. I don't mind, they feel better than my first pair, I'm just confused.

These shoes are the BEST! I got these after my tendonitis problem with the Grishko Ulanovas and these give me no problems at all! I have a very high arch and I have mostly broken them in and I barley even had to pre-break them!

This was my first year on pointe and I got these. They are very good and they arched really pretty and everything for me but my friend got them too and they didn't even arch on hers. So it kinda just depends on how your feet are made! But I would recommend this to anyone, but this is a very good beginner shoe! Not too sure about anyone else...

Good shoe - rating 4
Rating: 4
I have old feet (age 60) and have worn a lot of pointe shoes over the years. Currently, I alternate these with the Bloch Suprima, although I am also trying a pair of Sonatas. I have tapered toes, am wide through the ball and narrow at the heel. Along with bunions, I have arthritis in the big toe joints. I gave up my Grishkos and Chacotts when they got too painful and switched to Blochs. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because none of the models I have tried (6) have a box that fits right. They are all too big, requiring a box liner and gel pads to get by. Since I am used to a Kleenex, it is too much padding for me and indicates a shoe that doesn't fit right. On the other hand, I polyurathane them every couple of weeks and run a four to six shoe rotation, so they last quite a long time. If you are willing to work to keep these shoes in shape, they will work quite well.

Great shoe
Rating: 4
I have a really high arch, (45 degrees)and I used these as my 2 (med. shank),3,4 (hard shanks)pointe shoes. Each worked well for about a month, but I broke the hard shanks, but only bent the soft one! If you have a lower arch, these work really well. Jet glue helped, but they don't last long. They look really flattering, but don't work as well on my feet. Great shoe though!

Adequate
Rating: 4
I really do like these shoes, although I haven't tried others yet. They last for me about three weeks, and I dance on them about three or four hours a week in rehearsal. So they last a good ten to twelve hours, I'd say. A good buy, and they help balance and look good on even lower arches. However, Bloch doesn't have them in soft shank, and I like my shoes very broken in. Oh well. I still recommend them.

They are really good to balance in. I don't know if it was me or the shoe but I felt like I could balance for days. I have a really wide foot and a really good arch, and on the sides of my foot, it felt like it was digging into my foot. But overall, a pretty good shoe.

05/13/08 by Sierra from Washington
They are pretty nice but...
Rating: 2
I am one of those dancers who has super strong feet...though my left foot is a little weaker. When I tried these, the left foot completely killed the box after about 2 classes. While my right foot had barely been broken in. This was very surprising considering my right foot is stronger. And unlike normal, my feet ached like no tomorrow. I jet glued it and moved on. These shoes did let me have a bit more balance I must admit, but they aren't the shoe for me. Happy dancing!

Great pointe shoes!

These are my first pointe shoes and they are great!
They are really comfortable but they are hard to pointe in them because I have flexible feet. I have to work through them.

Nice n' Easy
Rating: 5
These feel nice when you break them in and last a fairly long time. They are easy to roll through and feel flexible, but at the same time support your feet. Plus, they have a good platform for turning and balancing. Overall, a great shoe!

Rating: 4
I tried Suffolk Pointe, Russian Pointe, Gaynors, and I'm back to the Serenade. They are the most comfortable so far and feel like they're a part of your feet. I recommend really bending them before dancing, because even with a high arch, they are somewhat hard to get over the box. Overall though, these are nice shoes.

04/23/08 by Loren
Love these shoes
Rating: 4
These shoes are really good for people with a smaller foot without a huge arch. It has a nice platform for balance and can stand a lot of hops en pointe. The profile is a little wide though, for those who like a slimmer profile.

I got these for my first pair of pointe shoes. They look very different than the picture and I didn't think they were very flattering. Plus, I have high arches but these shoes didn't show it at all. Once I bent them nearly in half, they felt pretty good though.

I just ordered these and I'm very excited to get them. They are my second pair of pointes. My current pair is Merlet performance. They are nice shoes, they have a rather hard shank though. I tried on my teacher's shoes, since we are the same size, and these points were amazing! Great for balance, the shank is easier to break in, and the color is very pretty. It is easier to roll up to en pointe, you can just pop right up there. I know everyone's feet are different and anyone who is buying pointe shoes for the first time should really be fitted to avoid problems. But I do recommend these shoes.

Amazing for beginners
Rating: 4
All the pointe shoes I have owned have been the Bloch Serenade. This is a great shoe for beginners. The long vamp is great for balancing and makes it easy to turn. I am doing advanced parts in productions and advanced classes now, so the next pair I am going to try are going to be Freeds because the small vamp makes it easier to move.

I L-O-V-E these shoes
Rating: 5
I love these. I have been on pointe for a year and have gone through two different brands of shoes. My first pair were Bloch Signature Rehersals. My second pair were Russian Pointe Model D ( never, ever get these shoes!) Then I got these. I don't have the strongest arch in the world, so I got a soft shank. I've had them for about a month and they are breaking in nicely. I have a problem with breaking in boxes. I will wear the shoes for about a month and the box will be all squishy and that is EXTREMELY painful. So I bought these with a hard box, then I put jet glue in the box and they are still rock hard. I LOVE THESE SHOES!

Pretty good...
Rating: 4
These were my first pair of pointe shoes, and I thought they were pretty good. I liked the extra cushion at the bottom, it made standing en pointe better than without. The only problem I had was that they would NOT break-in. I had to get my friend to slam them in the door for me *this is after a couple months with them* then after they were broken in and molded into my foot shape, they died on me. But I would still recommend them to any beginner en pointe.

12/27/07 by Anonymous from California
Worst shoes I have ever owned
Rating: 3
Gross. These were horrible. It is impossible to break them in and they make your feet look wide and fat. If you have a tapered foot, NEVER get these shoes! Switch to Grishko and your life will be changed forever.

Wonderful, but wear out quickly
Rating: 5
I really like this shoe because it feels so secure, especially during balancing and turning. The shank is a little short for my preference, and the shoes only last me about four classes, but overall, very good.

Awesome shoes!
Rating: 5
I absolutely LOVE Bloch Serenades. They have just the right amount of support and still make my high arches look amazing. You can feel the floor within a week of dancing (4 classes a week) and they are great for shows! I highly recommend from beginning to advanced :)

The Shank Was Pretty Soft

In-between sizes
Rating: 2
When I needed new shoes, my teacher said I should try this kind of Bloch's and when I tried them on, I was EXACTLY in between sizes! They were only out of one size and I am going to try that too. But then when I was trying these on, the lady pulled out a pair of Capezios that I had gotten before and I put them on and they looked amazing. I know a lot of people that look good in these, I might be one but I can't find my size. In Capezio's I wear a 9 1/2 medium. so...if that's what you wear, you probably won't be able to find your size.

Okay
Rating: 3
I got these shoes for extra support. Once I've broken them in, my teachers started commenting on how my feet looked sickled in them. I admit that they are quite comfortable, and they give you LOTS of support, they do look odd on your feet. They MAY look great on yours, but I doubt it, because my friend wore them, and she had the same outcome.

Hard to break in
Rating: 4
Fits well, and has a great platform shape. But they took unreasonably long to break-in.

08/29/07 by AGK from North Carolina
Unreliable sizing
Rating: 3
These shoes are certainly supportive. I am afraid they don't quite do enough to strengthen the ankles/feet. A major problem that I have had is with the sizing. I wear a size 8 street shoe which means I need a 5 in these. The first several pairs I ordered from DDS fit perfectly, but since then, they have been about a 1/2 of a size too large. Yes, I have continued to order a 5 and not a 5 1/2. This makes the shoe quite unstable and the shank slips sideways from the foot. Has anyone else had trouble with faulty sizing?

I LOVE these
Rating: 5
5 stars! I have a strong arch and wide feet and these are my dream shoes! I have been wearing them for one year. At one pointe, (hehehe) I went to Russian pointes but immediately switched back.

Very good
Rating: 4
These are very good shoes. They are very comfortable once broken in. They feel like house slippers, but they still are strong enough to hold you up. They are a little loud, but that's an exception. I would recommend these shoes for beginner to advanced dancers with a strong arch, and wide feet.

07/11/07 by Cassidy from Nebraska
These are great for beginners.
Rating: 5
I got these as my first pair of pointe shoes. I tried all the pointe shoes they had in the store but always came back to these ones. They are great for people with sorta wide feet. I have only two complaints: they are VERY difficult to break-in, and they run HUGE!!! I wear an 8-8 1/2 and got a seven, and they are still giant! I should have gotten a 6 1/2 or 6--they're that big! All in all, they are a pretty great shoe.

07/09/07 by Sierra
Rating: 3
OK, I got these shoes for my first pair, and they were great. However, I've now had them for a year, and the box still won't break in, and they're very hard to get over. They are very supportive for a beginner, though.

07/05/07 by Roxanne
Good
Rating: 5
When I first got these, my fitter said they were the perfect style for my feet. The shoes work well with wide feet, but they have a narrow heel that eliminates bunching at the heel. I have tried Grishkos and Capezios since, but have returned to these because they are a reliable shoe that help me with my alignment on pointe. My only complaint is that they creak while going through demi-pointe.

06/05/07 by Lara
Incredibly Comfy!
Rating: 5
I bought these as my first pair, expecting total pain (like I'd been told pointe work is) to get up, but was pleasantly surprised to find that these shoes are really wonderful in that department! It took three days to break them in. They actually are sort of not painful at all with a gel pad, Kleenex, or whatever pain reliever you choose for your toes . . . I like them and recommend them heartily.

06/05/07 by K from California
Rating: 4
This shoe is the most comfortable I have worn and is good for balancing. I have a wide foot with a narrow heel, long toes without much taper and a very high arch. In street shoes, I wear between an M and W width and a D width works well for me. I can wear Serenades with a regular shank for about 8 hours, as compared to 3 hours for Grishko 2007s with a medium shank. My main complaint is that as they break in, there is a very frustrating period where the shank has softened under my arch, but not under my metatarsals, so it feels as if the shoe is pushing me off pointe, even though I have very strong feet. This was worse with the strong shank, and as others have mentioned, the strong shank is very thick so stability is an issue.

05/21/07 by Retro Ballerina from New England
Rating: 4
These were what I got for my first couple pairs of pointe shoes. They are comfortable and good beginner shoes. I got fitted for these and they fit fine, but they make my arch look half as good as it really is. If they fit for you I recommend them.

05/20/07 by Chrissie
Rating: 3
I have really big feet, and found these to be very comfortable, but very unflattering. It's really easy to balance, though, so if you have big feet, I would recommend them.

YUCK not a fan!

The shank on these shoes was too hard! I was on this kind for a year and a half, and the shoe was not at all great. I recommend the European Balance instead.

Beginners
Rating: 5
I am a beginner in pointe (11 years old) and I find that these shoes fit and are very comfortable,(for pointe shoes anyway). The box is sorta' narrow at the end, but I got used to it though. I would recommend these shoes for beginners, and my older sister (14) recommends them for intermediate/advanced.
These shoes are great!

Amazing!
Rating: 5
I originally had the Capezio Glisse shoes, but they were so hard to get up all the way! After I switched to Bloch Serenade, I was able to get up all the way. Even my teacher commented on how much better I was doing! My only complaint is that I liked the Capezio's elastic drawstring more, but after a while, you don't even notice it.

Although these shoes are comfortable, Freeds work much better. If you do get these shoes, get a hard shank.

Tried many, have come back to these
Rating: 5
I have worn probably 15 different shoes at different stages in my dance career, and these are the shoes that I come back to for my strong but mildly arched, wide feet. These shoes roll up easily and balance well. There is some difficulty with the thicker shank, but the way these shoes last makes it worth working through. I'm here to buy another pair.

Daughter has tried other brands but likes this one the best. She has been dancing since she was 4, now 16. She has 3 Pointe classes, and helps teach.

02/03/07 by Shamira from Portland, OR
Rating: 4
These shoes are beautiful and my feet look great in them. I have a high arch but a low instep and this shoe looks good. My big toe is longest so it is not the most comfortable shoe. The shank is very hard and takes effort to bend at the heel or cut. So far, I like this shoe but the box is not tapered enough on the inside for my kind of toes. Lastly, these shoes are easy to walk in flat but are not effortless to balance in en pointe, as others have mentioned.

01/31/07 by Aggy from Lake Erie
The Best I've used
Rating: 5
Seriously, these shoes are awesome! I ordered the harder shank and it lasted for close to six months. That's a long time for me, seeing that I blew through a pair of Voles in three weeks. Now I don't dance as much as half of the people who write reviews here, but I think we all need something that'll last for awhile. If you're a bigger girl or blow through shoes like dust (like me), than these are the shoes for you!

01/14/07 by Anonymous
Hard shank isn't hard enough
Rating: 3
These shoes have a wonderful platform and are very good for balancing en pointe. But I disagree with the description: the soles on the hard shank are very thick and extremely hard to balance when standing flat. This makes some center combinations very difficult. Normally this shoe lasts me about six 1-hour classes, but my last pair felt soft from the first time I wore them and were broken by the end of class. I have very high arches and am no longer happy with the strength of this shoe.

01/12/07 by Camilla
Rating: 3
These shoes are OK. They have good durability in the shank, but the box wears down kinda quick. Also, they were not extremely flattering to my feet. I felt like instead of feet, I had blocks.

10/13/06 by Michelle from San Diego, CA
Love It!!!!
Rating: 5
I have very narrow feet, so this shoe is perfect for me. I switched from the Grishko 2007 to these and am so happy!! They feel great and they make my flat feet look good!

These are the best shoes for my hyper-extended legs, the box is shaped like a rectangle and it's great for me, I wear 2 1/2 C.

Amazing shoes!
Rating: 5
These pointe shoes are wonderful. I've been on pointe for three years now and mainly stuck to Bloch Sonatas because they were really the first shoe I'd ever liked. But they wore out really easily, so the lady at the store recommended Serenades in a strong. They are truly amazing. They have great arch support and provide such stability for balance. Doing doubles, triples and even fouettes is much easier because of the stability. I will certainly be getting them again!

09/10/06 by Sarah

My favorite yet!!
Rating: 5
I have a VERY flexible foot. My first pair of shoes were Grishko and even though I loved them, my foot LITERALLY bent in half in them and it was so not pretty! These shoes have a hard enough shank to keep my foot at bay for at least a month. I plan on buying many pairs of these!

Great Pointe Shoes!
Rating: 5
I live very close to a Capezio retailer and have tried absolutely every style, size and width for my foot imaginable. I know pointe is not supposed to be "comfortable" but to me, it has always been unbearable. I have always loved my Bloch Pump ballet slippers so I decided to try the Bloch Serenade. WOW! What a difference. Pointe actually felt great (compared to what I was used to). I was able to perform longer and achieve and perfect more challenging combinations.

08/21/06 by Caitlin from Kansas
Great for balancing!
Rating: 5
I love this shoe! I have recently switched to Sanshas, but these are still my favourite. They hold up for a long time and are great for a wider foot and strong arches. I feel like the boxes are awfully hard, but this could be good for you. The toes are very flat and wide for good balance, and lateral balance isn't bad for such a thick shank.

08/21/06 by Sarah
Rating: 3
Overall, this pointe shoe wasn't great. I have worn various Bloch models, Capezio Glisse ES and now reside in Suffolks. The Serenade looks pretty but acts like a support. It simply props you up on pointe and allows you to sit there hardly working at all. During the week that I wore them (that's how long they had last, through about 15 hrs. of pointe! nice!)I felt as if my feet and ankles had weakened! Simply because it was a no hassle shoe. I wouldn't recommend this shoe for anything but performances, if that...

08/19/06 by Beth
Rating: 5
I have been using the Serenade SO131 model for at least 4 years now and wouldn't consider trying anything else! I have had both a C and D width and I prefer (and recommend) a C unless you have a wider foot or need more room for toe padding. These fit extremely well and look great on stage!

Awesome
Rating: 4
Before owning my own pair of Serenades, I had Capezio Glisses. I liked those, but when I tried these on, they were so much more comfortable. I couldn't believe it. I love them!
They're not perfect, of course- I've only had them for a month or two and the satin on the tips is very frayed and torn. Also, demi-pointe is extremely painful without softening the paste in certain areas.
Other than that, these are my favorite shoes so far.

08/15/06 by DeAnna from Pearland,TX
These shoes are awesome!
Rating: 5
I have two pairs of Bloch Serenades and they're awesome. The shoe does not wear out quickly which is great. And after changing from Grishko 2007 to Bloch, my feet don't get as many blisters.

No more satin on the tip
Rating: 4
Great shoe, in three or four classes it had broken in. Down side, the tip of the shoe wears quite quickly and the satin of mine is frayed to the box, after only 5 months of 1, 1 1/2 class a week. Being my first shoe, I don't have anything to compare it to but I would suggest it to anyone to try.
Also, not much room for more than 1 ouch pouch, I suggest a size wider.

08/10/06 by *ballerina from Indiana

These were my first pair of pointe shoes. They were easy to break in and because of that, I got to do turns across the floor before anyone else.

Supportive and beautiful!
Rating: 5
I had been en pointe for about 4 years, and then due to an injury and a move to college, I had to quit ballet for awhile. I just started dancing again, and am now en pointe for the first time in 3 years! I was going to get Bloch Sonatas like I used to wear, but the girl at the store suggested these. They are so supportive and comfortable, only next time I'll get a 4.5D instead of 4.5C because even after stepping on the boxes, there's no room for any padding past an ouch pouch!

07/24/06 by Sara from Kansas
Rating: 5
I have worn this shoe for several years and have loved it. I tried Capezio for my first shoe, and it wore out way too fast. After using Bloch Serenade, I loved them! As the shoes break in though, they never fail to squeak. Also, once they're dead, they're really dead - the box breaks down around the sides and edges. Other than that, they fit well and looked good with my medium arches and for my strong feet. I was able to use each pair for about 4 months with 3 hours of pointe a week. Fantastic for a wide range of skill.

These were the first pair of toe shoes I have ever had. They are great for people with wide feet like me. I have to buy two pair at a time because my feet are two different sizes which can be expensive, but these are affordable. I have tried other kinds and these have been the best. One problem is that the box blisters up the side of my feet because they are so wide. Other than that, I have been dancing in them for 2 1/2 of my 4 years on pointe and will continue buying them.

I love these shoes! I have been dancing on pointe for 3 years now and these are the only shoes that I've liked! They're very fitting for the foot..but if you have strong feet you might want to consider hard shank because I go through a normal shoe in three classes...but I've had a hard shank that lasted 3 months!

These were the first pointe shoes I ever owned and I LOVE them! They were easy to break in which turned out to be a great advantage (especially when the rest of the class was complaining!) GREAT SHOES FOR SOMEONE WITH SIZE 11 FEET!

I love these shoes

I've tried many, many shoes. And this has been the best shoe I've ever had. They are super comfy which is great for long days en pointe. I absolutely love them, and I'll continue buying them for as long as my ballet career continues. I definitely recommend this shoe for people with fairly large feet, because they really make your feet look smaller on stage or in class.

These were the first pointe shoes I wore, and they were great for balancing and were very supportive. I danced about an hour or so a week on them for 2 years, and still wear them off and on 2 years later! And it's a decent price too. My only complaints are that the hard shank is very hard, so it takes time to get over your shoes, and my feet have bunions and a narrow heel, so they fit snug at the front and were loose toward the back.

This shoe is amazing. For a year, I've been trying to find the right shoe for me...and I found it! It makes my low arches look so much better en pointe, and I feel a lot of control with them. Yay!

These shoes are excellent... They are really nice if you want a pair of shoes that will last you a long time, without losing support. I used Gambas for a while, and went through around four pairs a year, but these have lasted me the year. My one problem with them is that they squeak like crazy.

Great for all Dancers!
Rating: 5
I have been on pointe for over six years, and these shoes are by far the best I've tried. I have strong feet and long toes, so the long, supportive vamp and hard shank are excellent. I do quite a bit of turning, and these shoes are perfect for it. They usually last me two-three weeks of rehearsals and four weeks without. The only difficulty I have experienced is a tendency of the boxes to wear in such a way that they roll inward towards the big toe. However, I would recommend this shoe to anyone from beginners to more experienced dancers looking for a change that accentuates your arch and foot.

BEST SHOE EVER

I LOVE THIS SHOE!!! This is the BEST shoe ever. I have gone through a lot of shoes. But this one is perfect if you're looking for a good shoe that lasts a long time, looks nice, and feels good- this is the shoe!

I love these shoes; they are my first pair, and I could wear them for 3 years or more, with approx. 3 hours of pointe per week! They are incredibly supportive, easy to break in to, and very, very stable. I recommended these to relatives and friends, and they love it too. If I were to ever get another pair again, I'd get the Serenades.

These are the first pointe shoes I've danced in and I really like them so far! They've lasted for a really long time (about 6 months of a 30 minute pointe class a week, plus random amounts of time spent practicing at home)... They are really supportive and easy to balance in. I love them!

A good pick!

I think this is a very good pointe shoe. It is very easy to dance on. I have a very bendy foot, so I get it in hard shank. It was the second pointe shoe I tried when I first got on pointe and that was a year ago. I still wear it and I think I might wear it for ever.

The best
Rating: 5
These are definitely the best pointe shoes ever. I've tried almost every other pointe shoe out there and these are the best because they last longer than any other and are great for class. For performances, I really like the Sonatas because they are easier to work with and make your foot look beautiful. Yes, I also keep coming back to my Serenades.

I have worn these shoes for 5 years. These were the 2nd pair of pointe shoes I ever tried and I stuck with them. They are a little harder than most shoes and may take a while to break in, but they lasted a good 3-4 months for me.

These shoes looked great on my feet and were comfortable, but got soft by the middle of class and then hardened up before the next one.

These really are great shoes. I tried looking for a new shoe after a while just to change things up a little ....try something new. So I tried the Primasoft Vole. I couldn't stand being without my Bloch Serenade!! Needless to say I'm back with Bloch Serenade and we're dancing together in perfect harmony! I recommend this shoe to anyone, especially people with wide feet like mine.

Very flattering and supportive.

I have tried other pointe shoes but I seem to always go back to these shoes. They flatter your arch, and are easy to roll up en pointe. They have outlasted every other kind of pointe shoes that I have owned. A good choice for determined dancers.
