They are good for class but not for performances. I have had several hooks break on me, and they also stick to you when you're sweating, so you need to clean them often or they're really nasty. I rate this at a 2.

Ugh! I think clear straps are the worst invention for dancewear ever! Just because they are clear doesn't mean you cant see them! They reflect the light like no other and just look so incredibly tacky! You never see any professional tutus with clear straps!
