I love this! Before receiving this, I could do one type of split. Now, I can do all three sides! I use this every day and it is very effective.

I just got this yesterday and I am loving it! I immediately hung on my door and starting using it! My only issue is that the doorknob keeps getting in my leg's way. But other than that I completely concur that is the best in flexibility!

I order the JR 1)because it was way cheaper than the regular unit. and 2) because I am small (5'2- 105 lbs) and thought it would not matter, and this is great. I am feeling the stretch in muscles that I didn't know existed. I feel that it really works, fast shipping too. Totally worth it!

What a rip-off! You wobble around so much you can't get a stretch. Especially to the back. It's a cheap strap with a metal ring. I'm fairly flexible and couldn't even get to my usual stretch, let alone get a better stretch. I had to have someone else pull the strap so I could keep my balance. Stick to partner stretching or use your kitchen counter!

I LOVE THIS! It is amazing at getting a good stretch. Light weight and portable, you can take this anywhere! Definitely recommend this!

I like it, but I need to talk to my teacher because my knee won't stay locked, but I think that once I figure out everything I think it'll be great. I'm really excited.

This is a great stretch unit!
It really works and is a lot easier to handle then the original one. I love it and can't live without it!
