Awesome! but...

I just got this in the mail today along with all the other stuff I ordered. I got super fast shipping and its really making a difference. When my mom brought it in, I immediately ran upstairs and started using it. It's really simple to use and easy to hook up. There are a few downsides to this. One is, if you get your leg high up and your hands slip, the rope will burn you. Beware! You really rely on the rope to do all the work. I really have been working on my leg holds for Jazz and trying to get your leg up there when you're doing it without the rope is really tough. With all the downsides, I'm starting to feel a stretch. Over all, great, but need to not rely on this a much as regular stretching. I'm definitely going to keep this.

I just got this yesterday and I am loving it! I immediately hung on my door and starting using it! My only issue is that the doorknob keeps getting in my leg's way. But other than that I completely concur that is the best in flexibility!

Overpriced, but Effective

I like using this kit for precisely the stretch shown in the ad. It isolates my hamstrings without compressing the hip joint the way holding onto my foot can. Unfortunately, the strap is a bit slick and difficult to grip, so I have to wrap it around my elbow to maintain tension. I had thought that the multiple loops that were already worked into one end of it would help, but they are all positioned so far to the end that they don't help when you get your leg up high. The manual that comes with the kit shows some stretches, but doesn't do a thorough job of coaching you on proper technique. For example, on the seated stretches, it's easy to round your low back and tuck your pelvis under if you aren't careful, thereby cheating you of the intended stretch. For all the negatives, though, I'm keeping this kit for one reason: I want that high developpe.

I bought this a couple of months back and it really helped with my flexibility. I'm further into my splits. Not there yet but I am getting there!

I just got this in the mail today. I easily could put it on my door and shut it. I tried out the stretches in the manual and I didn't feel anything being stretched...Of course I just got it today but I thought I would be able to feel something the first day. I'm a flexible person but I thought I could improve it more. I recommend this product for people who really aren't very flexible at all.

This is a good product. It really stretches you. But you get blisters on the palms of your hands. If you are 5'4" or over you should get the Regular one. I know it is more expensive, but where the two straps meet won't go through the ring. So if you are 5'4" you will use the bigger slots. So it won't stretch any farther.

I ordered this to help improve my stretching and improve my extension. Well it is definitely working! I got it today, some of the fastest shipping ever I have to say and I had quite a large package! I'm excited to see how much improvement it shows in a week!

I order the JR 1)because it was way cheaper than the regular unit. and 2) because I am small (5'2- 105 lbs) and thought it would not matter, and this is great. I am feeling the stretch in muscles that I didn't know existed. I feel that it really works, fast shipping too. Totally worth it!

I loved this because I was really flexible and I used this for about 30 minutes for a week each hour and now I'm 5/6 of the way in a split!!! Only a little more to go!!!

Don't waste your money !

What a rip-off! You wobble around so much you can't get a stretch. Especially to the back. It's a cheap strap with a metal ring. I'm fairly flexible and couldn't even get to my usual stretch, let alone get a better stretch. I had to have someone else pull the strap so I could keep my balance. Stick to partner stretching or use your kitchen counter!

If you want to get the best stretch you can get and get your leg height higher, then get this! It works like magic! Trust me, it works!
And it's so easy to use. Lightweight,small,quiet and tough, you can take it with you anywhere and not have it be a problem to you or others! It's kind of fun to use too!

I love this. This is so much easier than the regular because it is portable. I got it for X-mas and now I have almost a left split.(And lets take in to consideration I have a broken arm ... so you can use it with only 1 hand).

Best stretch possible, this is AMAZING. Had it for about a month. I was never so flexible before. Also, when I'm done using it, I feel all stretched and just like ready to dance. I never knew it was possible to feel stretched with no pain. This is exactly that. You're stretching, you're feeling stretched, yet you're not in pain!!! SUPER
