Love Them!
Rating: 5
I love my dance paws! They are the most indestructible shoes I have ever worn. I've had mine for 2 years (6 hours in them a week) and they are still fine! So much better than the FootUndeez that I destroyed in almost a week. I don't know what I'd do without them!

These are the best! I have had the same pair for over a year now and I don't think I'll need a new pair anytime soon. The extra padding really helps you out and they don't feel like you're wearing anything at all. I have tried others, but these are by far my favorite (:

I love these dance paws--they last forever! I can't say anything bad about them!

I have tried dance paws once before in the past and...well, I didn't really like them. When I ordered them, they came in a lighter color than seemed necessary and the size runs extremely small. So I have had a bad impression with dance paws ever since. However- just the other day a dance instructor of mine lent me a pair of hers and they seemed much nicer and they turned very well!!! So I am considering buying these again and seeing what happens. But for anyone ordering...I wear a 6.5 street shoe and I have extremely narrow feet and I will be ordering the medium or the large because these do run extremely small. And I'm also ordering the darker color :D

Love Mine
Rating: 5
I have tried the thong and the undeez and like these best. I don't think all dancers can wear the same type of shoe since all feet are different and our individual levels of comfort and tolerance are different. I have worn mine for a year and love them. Living with pain in the ball of the foot, my feet really appreciate the padding. Can be tight at first, so I stretched the toe holes as suggested in the instructions. This shoe also feels good when my right arch is stressed, giving it the added support it sometimes needs. Being 40 years of age, my feet have seen better days, but Dance Paws work well for me.

Get them on the bigger side if you have wider feet. I wear size 8 street shoes, 10 W Sansha and my feet hung over the sides of the medium sole and tore the mesh in about two months. With a large, they last a year at least.

These are absolutely the most durable half sole shoe I have found! These last me a year, foot undies only last me a week. The little bit of padding is a nice touch - easier on the metatarsal head when on demi-pointe.

Great

These are awesome! You will have to cut the toe holes to fit your toes. They are easy to turn in and are way better to wear than shoes. I wear them all the time! I have had them for almost a year and they are still holding up! I recommend them to everyone!

Good for a while

Nearly everyone will have to cut the toe holes to fit them; they are small.
It's weird working in them at first, especially trying to turn. And after two years, I know that some girls still find some turn combos much harder in dance paws. After about three weeks, they should be completely broken in ( assuming 3-6 hours of use a week). I have used them about this often since September and they have just started slipping. They have been great until now, but they always move to one side of my foot now. Perhaps the mesh is stretching out or something. I probably just need new ones. Be careful not to rip the mesh, as it's very hard to resew.

I love these. They're comfortable, they don't move around on my foot, and they make it much easier to turn when compared to turning barefoot. My FootUndeez ripped within a month after I got them, but I've had Dancepaws for three months, and they're still in perfect condition. They don't match my skin tone perfectly, but it's really easy to cover them up with foundation to make them match my feet, and make them less visible from the stage.

These are awful. I got them because I thought they were the FootUndeez and I was really disappointed when I got them. I tried to suck it up and wear them anyways but the toe holes are suffocating, the elastic is very tight, and the seam on the inside digs into the side of my foot. I dealt with it for a few months, then switched to the FootUndeez.

The elastics and toe holes suffocated my feet. I couldn't wear them for longer than 10 minutes because my feet would go numb. Not to mention, the pads never stayed underneath the balls of my feet; they found a way to move all over the place! I prefer old school foot thongs.

Eh...

These aren't my favorite types. After a few wears, the holes where you put your toes in started fraying, and eventually the paws started moving around on my foot when I turned. Please, do not use for quick changes. If you put the wrong paw on the wrong foot, they'll literally be ruined.

I did not care for these shoes. I did Color-guard in HS and danced without shoes on a tarp-like material floor that we traveled with; so wearing shoes can be hard for me because I can't feel the floor. A friend said to try these but I didn't care for them. I had to cut the holes because I have big toe joints and they slipped around on my feet during my Modern class at college. I prefer the Capezio version of these shoes.

I wear padded dance paws for my dance classes and for practice. They are very comfortable. They provide the look and feel of dancing without shoes, but it does not compromise the ability to turn.

We wear these for my competitive dance/drill team at school. They work great on lots of different style floors, whether it is a tile, wood, gym, or marley floor. They say you can cut the holes a little bit to reduce the tightness, but this often makes the shoes slide and bunch up around the toes... the negative side of not cutting them -> unless you have tiny toes they will turn blue....
