The Dance Sneaker To Have!
Rating: 5
I bought these for my seven year old son. He is in a hip-hop class.
NOTE: Follow the Sizing Guidelines for child sizes. They were exactly right, and he has a tiny touch of growing room.
Great Support, Great Looking, and Great Price!
Will Definitely Recommend to other parents for their children in his class.

AWESOME!

This is an awesome shoe. They are really easy to dance in, and they offer alot of support.

Very Comfortable!

The arch makes it easy to point when moving from drill spot to drill spot. The interior is very warm and soft so my feet are never sore or constricted. Great buy!

Good value

Ordered these sneakers for our colorguard team. All the girls really like the shoe. They look nice and are a good value. I ordered all 1 1/2 size larger than street shoe and they all fit perfectly. Super-fast shipping from DDS! Thank you!

Great Zumba shoe but beware of sizing
Rating: 4
I bought these shoes one full size larger than my usual 7.5. I thought they were snug but okay, but once I started using them, my big toe gets smashed. I'll have to order them in a 9. So 1 1/2 size up is the way to go. Provides good support for my low arches.

Purchased these shoes for line dancing. Normally wear an 8.5 so following many reviews, ordered 1-1/2 sizes larger, a ten. They fit perfect. Excellent value for the price. You can't go wrong with these shoes.

Stable and supportive
Rating: 5
I bought these for a jazz class and found them very stable and supportive. I try to avoid leather whenever possible, and I found these to be a good option. At times they felt bulky, but they are sneakers after all. I bet they would be great for hip-hop.

I am getting ready to buy another pair of these although they are still in good shape after a year and 1/2. I wear them as street shoes and in class. My foot tends to roll out and these stabilize my foot very well. I ordered a different kind recently and nearly twisted my ankle because of the small heel platform. NOT with these. They are great!
PS.
I wear a 5 1/2 to 6 street shoe and a 6 1/2 is perfect.

Order large!

We ordered several for our tween girls and they all ran 1.5 sizes larger than their sneaker size.

Great for low arch people like myself, they have a lot of support for all day dancing!

Great Contradance Shoes
Rating: 5
These are the best shoes I've worn as yet for Contra Dancing! I like the support, the soles, just everything about them. After reading the reviews, I ordered 1 1/2 sizes larger than my athletic shoes. Perfect! I've been nursing a soft tissue injury on the ball of my foot. These shoes cushion that area. I can dance for hours in comfort. What a relief! I recommend these shoes!

Nice shoes for the money but they run small. Make sure you order 4 sizes larger when ordering mens sizes. 3 sizes larger didn't work for me & you have to hassle with returning and the additional shipping fee both ways!

Be careful of sizing

After reading reviews, I bought a size and a half larger than my normal shoes, and they fit great. I would have not been happy if I had to exchange. So glad for these reviews!

Great, comfy shoe
Rating: 5
I love this shoe. I wear it for hours of salsa dancing (comfort over fashion) and my feet are so happy with them. I normally wear street size 8 (*sometimes* 8.5, but 7.5 in regular salsa dance shoes). I read the suggestions in the reviews, ordered these in size 10, and they're perfect. I have a "low volume" foot, but it's wide just at the ball (and nowhere else). These fit me great and let me keep dancing, and the spin spot works well. I'm about to buy my second pair.

I have a pair and they're GREAT! They're very light. You can barely tell your wearing them. They don't make a lot of noise either. They're the best shoes I've ever had.

Nice, but small
Rating: 4
We bought these shoes as a team for colorguard. They look very nice, but they're extremely snug. Get a full shoe size bigger than your street size. Overall, great shoe!

Great Shoe!
Rating: 4
I also purchased these shoes for my color guard line this year and the girls LOVE them! The construction is durable for outside and they are easy to dance in. Some of the girls with wider feet complained of the sides being a little tight, but once you break them in they are so comfortable! I wore these for a season of drum corp and they were the best!

Good Shoe
Rating: 5
These are very comfortable and are priced just right. I do, however, recommend calling the website and ask about sizing. If it wasn't for them, they would never have fit me. All in all, great shoe for hip hop and jazz.

I bought this not for dance, but for work, where I stand all day. I'm pleased that they're quite comfortable and inexpensive. I enjoy the split sole so I can stretch my feet. The toe seems to be tapered, and though my feet are tapered, this could be problematic.

Good for beginners.
Rating: 3
The one thing I really like about this shoe is that it is a little higher than most. The two things I didn't care for were that, if you have wide feet, you might not want this shoe, and a lot of the "grips" on the bottom have flattened out about after a year. Other than that, this shoe is really good for beginners and kids!

BE CAREFUL...TOO SMALL
Rating: 3
This shoe does run very small. My daughter loves the shoe, very lightweight and flexible. I have already exchanged once, based on the fitting chart recommending 1/2 size larger. You need to order at least 2 sizes larger! We have had to exchange twice and now it is the same price as if we went locally and supported a dance store in town.

I purchased these sneakers for my flag/color guard team last season. Throughout football games, competitions, parades and various other events, they held up very well. I am once again, ordering them for my girls for the next season. The girls enjoy the way they feel. The sneakers are not heavy like some dance sneakers and the arch is flexible enough. I suggest you order some in sample sizes and go from there. The fitting information is accurate. Happy dancing!

Great dance sneaker

My son loves this dance shoe. It is very flexible and comfortable. Also, he is very happy with the way it looks--stylish and not at all girlish.

Very cool
Rating: 4
I love the looks of these sneakers, and they fit very well (I ordered a size larger). The only thing is, it doesn't have the hard flat part on the toe, so you can go up on pointe. But I don't really need that. ...

Great shoes! I order 1/2 size larger than my street shoe size, and they fit perfectly! Comfortable and easy to dance in!

Nice shoe for the price!
Rating: 5
I was really surprised on the quality of this shoe and they're reasonably priced too! I am glad I read some of the reviews on this shoe and ordered 1 1/2 size larger than my daughter's street shoe! They do run considerably SMALLer. Change the fitting chart to read: Women 1 to 1 1/2 larger.

Not for Jazz!
Rating: 2
Description reads these shoes are designed for jazz to hip hop, but my dance teacher and I believe they're made for hip hop only. It's impossible to turn in these things!

SMALL!!!
Rating: 4
I love the shoes. They look great and are reasonably priced! But make sure you order bigger, bc the shoes run SO SMALL (as I have found with a lot of dance sneakers). I would recommend 2 sizes larger. (whoever wrote the review about these running BIG is not right - maybe she was thinking of a different shoe... THANKS :-)

Even smaller than I first thought
Rating: 2
Be careful. My daughter wears a size 8 street shoe, and just last week got new street shoes, still a size 8.
First we tried 8.5 based on the fact that the website says order an 8.5 or 9 for a street size 8, and the fact one reviewer wished she had ordered street size.
That did not fit, as I mentioned in another review. I paid the exchange fee and got a 9.5 a full size and a half larger than street size. The shoe still does not fit. We double checked the size marked on the shoes we were so surprised.
We won't be exchanging again as the exchange fee is prohibitive and the shoes have gone from being reasonably priced to no deal at all with the extra fees, so I won't be able to tell you if she would eventually fit a 10.5 or not.
She does not have wide feet. She wears regular width shoes and in some styles regular width is too wide on her.

Too small
Rating: 3
We ordered 1/2 size larger than street shoe, and that is definitely too small. I think that even 1 size larger might be too small. Perhaps requiring 1.5 larger, however with the cost associated with exchanging, I may just need to return instead and never find out which size of this shoe would fit her. That is one thing about going with a DDS exclusive product. You can get a great deal, but at least with the major brands you can try them on somewhere locally to get the correct sizing.
The overall construction looks to be okay, and the sole is nice and flexible. We can say nothing about comfort as my daughter was unable to even cram her foot into it.

My college Song squad used these my first year. They are relatively comfortable and extremely durable. I still have mine (3 years later)and they are still in good shape!

Careful sizing
Rating: 5
Love the shoe, perfect for jazz. Only thing is, the recommended sizing is one half to one size larger. I ordered one half size larger than I wear, and the shoes were almost too big. I can dance comfortably in tights and an ankle sock, but BE CAREFUL. Sizes run large, and the shoe is somewhat wide to begin with. I recommend ordering street shoe size.

Long last
Rating: 5
I've owned these dance sneakers for almost 2 years, and they haven't failed me yet. They don't breathe, since they have no mesh, but even with all my dancing, I haven't yet ripped any of the seams or the canvas. The sole on the ball of the foot is beginning to pull away from the canvas, but even so, this shoe has withstood more wear and tear than any of my previous buys. The form is strong and supportive, almost stiff, and they do take a while to break in. The split sole allows for distribution of pressure to be placed on my high upper arch, which may be uncomfortable to dancers with flat feet, but Perfect for anyone with longer toes and a high arch. Excellent value for the price.

These are the best shoes you can get for this price. They don't breathe very well, but other than that they are very similar to the more expensive ones.
