Well I liked these at first, they were nice. But I am a very muscular person, and a large barley fit over my legs and butt. So I guess if you are one of those dancers who is uber thin, they work, but if you are very muscular like I am, I would not recommend them. Also because my legs are so muscular they were very tight on my legs, and not in the way that I like them to be.

Who doesn't have a pair of these? If you don't, BUY SOME NOW! I recommend these all the way! You can use them for ballet, hip-hop, jazz, tap AND modern!! They're super cute too!

Good, but not great

These shorts are pretty good, but not great. I'm bigger than the average shopper on this site (and the average dancer) (5'2" size 8/10) so I had to order an XL and those are still a little tight, I'm hoping the elastic stretches out some. But overall, they look cute and are relatively comfortable.

OMG these shorts are the best. They fit great. They make my legs look really long and skinny. I wear them all the time and I like wearing them without tights. It doesn't ride up at all!

I absolutely LOVE these shorts!!! I wish I could give 10 stars! You can roll these down to fit just how you want them, and on a day you ate too much, these don't even show it, because you can roll them up. I wear these shorts EVERYDAY! They look kinda cute actually, and they are breathable, roomy, and baggy, but they don't ruin your lines at all! I LOVE them!!!

Luv 'em! All the girls at my studio wear these. I'm about 5'6, 105 pounds, and the medium fits well. I roll them down a LOT, cause they go really high if you don't. They're really comfortable, too.

I love them soo much! You just have to learn to work them right. It took me 2 days to find my style. They are great for class and show your legs. I asked for them for Christmas because I wear my friends. I really think everyone should own a pair. They are my life!!!

These shorts are great and even though they aren't the most attractive warm-ups, they work superbly. Just don't buy them if you just want to make a fashion statement.

These shorts are awesome. They offer *ahem* great crotch cover, and aren't as noisy as you might think. I ordered a medium, which fits, but I wish I got a large just so that they were baggier.

I love these. They can be really cute if you have long legs and roll them down a lot. All the girls at my studio wear them. They're warm, and they are a great cover-up if your leotard has a yucky hip cut. I wouldn't recommend to short legged dancers though.

These shorts are SO comfortable and warm you up very quickly. They are not very attractive, but they are great for dance class. They move easily and don't feel too bunchy. I definitely recommend them!

These aren't the most flattering shorts but they have their own cute vibe and are amazing to warm up in. They keep you super warm. But I agree, do get them in a size smaller than you usually get.

These shorts are incredibly comfortable every day of the week, but serve an extra purpose on those "fat days" (they hide everything - except your beautiful lines!) I could pull them up to my chin if I wanted to (I don't) and they can get a bit bunchy when you roll them all the way down to wherever you like. But I still love'em! :)

These shorts are light weight and moves easily with the hips. Rolling the waist down does not interfere with dancing. My only qualm is that the thigh elastic is a bit too tight. But this feature is tolerable.

They're my favorite warm-up shorts ever! I lost mine, but I'm buying another pair, because I can't live with out them! Anyone who doesn't own a pair is really missing out!

I've had these shorts for four years and I always use them. They're great for warming up. They are really high but I just roll them down. And if you've had a few too many burgers, they cover up everything. I recommend them.

I hate these shorts! They don't fit perfectly and tend to go above the waist. They are very uncomfortable and when rolled down, they tend to make an embarrassing pile up in the back.

These shorts are very comfortable and I wear them often. However, if you have hips, they slide up to the waist all too easy, which I don't like. I prefer my shorts to ride lower. They have great coverage though, and I like them.

I wish I could give this item SIXXXX stars....maybe even seven! I love the way one size can fit so many people's body types...they totally ROCK with a capital R. I definitely recommend these, they are the latest craze at my dance school!

I like these a lot and they are very durable & have a nice price. I noticed my instructor wore them & I wanted to give them a try & have used them for years. I bought them a size too big, but I roll them down and up to the length I like anyhow. I like the fact that I can roll to adjust waist and inseam. They are a nice warm up basic with good coverage, which is harder to find in knits. Very easy to scrunch up in a dance bag and pull on at last minute.

I don't own my own pair, but I have worn a friend's. I'm really tall, and she's kind of short, so she has a size small. But they seemed to fit me great! Usually I would wear a medium or a large. I suggest getting a size smaller for these shorts.

It really depends on the body wearing the short. They fit some people better than others. They felt big for me.
