06/15/09 by Heather Perfect Rating: 5 Got these for my daughter for a recital. They fit great. (She is a very average built 7 yr. old bought M/L.) She commented on the soft feel of the fabric. They held up well. Worn for 4 dances, one of which she was drug across the floor - no runs/snags/holes.

However, snags and holes appeared in these tights so so quickly, I thought about asking for my money back. Very frustrating and disappointing because they fit well. They do not wear like the Hold & Stretch tights or the Ultra Soft tights by Capezio.

I, however, am disappointed that 2 out of 2 pairs snagged the first time she wore them. One pair also ran with the first snag; the other pair ran the second time she wore them and there is an irreparable hole in the thigh area.

I went through Discount instead of local store due to cost....saved a lot... and spent savings on new leotard!
09/15/07 by Ballet mom from Georgia Waste of $$$, not durable Rating: 1 These tights fit my daughter great, but they snag too easily. After my daughter's FIRST dance class, I found a small hole. Since it was a small hole in an inconspicuous location, I let her wear the tights again. After the SECOND week of dance class, a second hole appeared. This hole was about 5" in diameter. In the trash they go & we have to buy more tights for her 3rd week of dance.

They're his favorites and he says they are much more comfortable than the ones we had gotten him in the past. The roll up foot is great too because he can wear them to school under his jeans with normal socks and just go straight to dance afterwards.

Very professional looking "second skin" fit! Durable too... had one pair last a year and a half, and I run them through the washing machine with all the other laundry! The hole is the perfect size; allows her to dance barefoot in ballet slippers, then bring down a fresh, not-sweaty, tight foot for the tap shoes part of classes.
And no matter how fast she grows, these tights still fit beautifully!
Oh, and they are a lovely soft and light fabric, not that ugly heavy baggy stuff some kids' tights are made of, yet not that cheap one-wear super-thin stuff either.
I've tried them all, and these are by far the nicest tights for kids. Beautiful fit, beautiful fabric, plenty of support, highest quality. These are the top-of-the-line tights for kids!
