The Synergy by Bloch is constructed on the Y-Last. This last has been developed for the more advanced dancer. The Y-Last is wider around the metatarsals and their joints to accommodate bunions. The box is constructed with a special pasting method, using paste that is designed to shape itself to the dancer's foot when moist. This combination of paste and pasting method promotes fast and easy break-in and is also responsible for a large reduction of noise on the floor. The box also has a very solid toe for support and longevity shank has a red board body and a leatherboard centerpiece. This full shank contains no tack or glue on the heel. This allows the shank to bend easier at 3/4, reducing the pressure on itself and the shoe. This results in the dancer being supported height and straight under the arch without having to fight to get there.

FINALLY, FIRST CLASS POINTE SHOES FROM BLOCH

Let me get this straight: I don't like Bloch pointe shoes. I don't like Bloch pointe shoes at all. Not even one teensy weensy bit. Actually no. I hate Bloch pointe shoes. The crowns of Bloch pointe shoes are neither low nor high, but they have this strange flatness on top. All Bloch pointe shoes (well, with the exception of the Suprimas, but don't get me started on what I dislike about those shoes) make my feet look substantially square and wide, as if I have strapped peach satin covered tissue boxes onto my feel (you get the picture). The shanks of Bloch pointe shoes are super soft and break in much too quickly, at least for me. The overall last of these shoes are well, just ugh. Lest I forget, Bloch pointe shoes even look very cheaply made. Anyway, Bloch Synergy pointe shoes are the exception for all problems I listed above. They look stunning, and are squared off for good balance and stability, but they do not make the feet look boxy. The newer paste they're made with is simply wonderful. The new paste makes them supportive yet pleasantly pliable, and they conform to the arches fantastically. The Y last of these shoes is much more forgiving to the bunions, than the X last these shoes are typically made from. My friend, who is a fantastic dancer, had had many different problems with pointe shoes. Sadly, she inherited "her mothers feet", with no insteps whatsoever. These shoes allowed her to get properly onto her boxes, and truly enhanced the shape of her feet. I have strong, higher arches and insteps, and while these shoes may be just a bit too soft for me to wear on a regular basis, they do their job quite well for exams and performances. Honestly, I would recommend these pointe shoes for everyone, from beginner to professional.

I have a pointe shoe just like this called Bloch Balance, and I love it . They are mostly for square feet. Definitely a great buy!

    GREAT SHOES!

This shoe really put my foot on right position. I like how the MKII has a slimmer profile and little bit more tapered box, because it doesn't make my "poor-arched" foot look like a block, like the original Synergy does. It actually makes my foot look fairly nice. But I had to tear out the additional padding because I have ingrowing toe nail and the padding put "additional" pressure on my toenail. I liked the original satin color though. This has regular European pink like other Bloch shoes. I liked the whiter color. But,the elastic drawstring makes it so comfortable and the heel is perfect! I really really like this MKII Synergy much better than original.

    S0100L, S0101L, or S2100?

Hi, is this the Bloch Synergy S0100L (full shank), S0101L (3/4 shank) or the S2100 (MKII Inner?)

This shoe is currently unavailable, but it has a 3/4 shank.

When will these shoes be available again?

Hi, it says that these shoes are currently unavailable. Do have an estimate to when they will be back for purchase again?

Unfortunately, we do not have an exact date of expectation for this style. However, I would recommend checking our website periodically. We hope to have them available within 2-4 weeks.
