Otherwise, orders less than 1 lb for a flat rate of $4.95 and $8.95 for orders greater than 1 lb. Delivery times may vary based on delivery zip code. It seems that every time I check out a ballroom item that I may be interested in purchasing, this is what I'm greeted with. This status seems to not go anyway. Is there any particular reason why this is? It's more than a little frustrating and is preventing me and others in my ballroom club from purchasing products.

Bloch has made recent restrictions that do not allow us to ship out of the continental United States. You are more than welcome to have them shipped within the US to either a freight forwarder or to someone who may be able to send the package over the border.
